CybOff Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 18, 2026. This policy covers the CybOff web app at https://rlemap.com/cyboff/ (company website cyboff.com). CybOff is operated by Affordable Cyber Solutions, Inc.

What we collect

When you sign up or use CybOff we keep your name, email, phone number, password (to log in), profile picture if you add one, your approximate location while the app is open (to show nearby offers), the user who invited you, and the referrals, offers and messages you create in the app. Payments are handled by Stripe; CybOff never stores card numbers.

How we use it

To run your account, show offers near you, track referrals and payments, and contact you about your account.

Text messages (SMS)

CybOff sends a one-time verification code by text message only when you ask for it on the sign up screen by pressing SEND MY CODES. Message frequency: one message per request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are shared only with our text message provider (Twilio) to deliver the message.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run CybOff (hosting, email, Twilio for text messages, Stripe for payments) or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can change your name, phone and password on the PROFILE screen. To delete your account or ask a question, email sales@cyboff.com.
